To my ears, this source is a very slight upgrade to the Charlie Miller SBD. The mids are a little less harsh and the balance is more rounded.

This show contains what many say is the best "Weather Report Suite." I'd have to agree. The whole Jam from LIG>The Other One is entirely captivating.

O.k. ... for starters ... this show is a cosmic delight ... cadence ... melodies .... piercing when piercing feels right.... bouncing when the bop is on .... lots of tears for me (for no damn good reason too.... go figure ...

I open the first damn box and find the cassettes I had on my '04-'05 vegabond journey across the country.... given to me by that Dead head in Santa Fe ...

I listened to them son-o'-bitches in alot of bus stations ... Looking at them now, these things look like some raggedy-ass cassettes ... I couldn't remember a date (except the PizzaTapes) if you paid me ... But here they is ... with dates ... I am finally gonna listen to good versions of these shows ...

To the universal DeadHead collectively manifesting itself among and through ourselves ... Travel on bro' and sis' ... Or as has been said ...

One of the three best shows of 1974, if not the best. Fantastic sound quality of this source. A couple of tunes are rough and tumble, but the Eyes, WRS>Let It Grow, Other One, It's A Sin Jam, Stella Blue, Big River, Morning Dew...all top shelf...highly recommended show...

I love this show. My casette of it is totally worn out, and, alas, I cant download it. I love archive but get dissapointed very often. This show was 38 years ago, gimme a break.

this show is quite simply legendary.

one of the best Eyes ever played. one of the best WRS>Let it Grow ever played. top that off with one of the best Dews ever (as an ENCORE, no less!!!) and well, by now I think I don't even need to mention anything else in the show to prove my point: if you have not heard this show, you need to do so. period.

holy gauc batman -- these guys are heading off in all directions. I know this show is epic for it's Morning Dew and then some, but,

I started with Eyes, and the boys just individually head off into different directions making this beat box sound that is so f---ing congruent... and pure. So many layers. Billy beating perfectly, Phil bumping flipantly, Keith hammering, Bob & Jerry doing what they do best -- this is the Dead. And that's why they make me so happy!!!!
